Applicability These terms are applicable on all deliveries and services of Enchantiques and execution of commissions not deriving from business partners of corporations. All other arrangements or arrangements subsidiary to this, must be confirmed in writing specifically by Enchantiques; this also applies when the demand for written confirmation is waved. Right to Revoke In the Netherlands a legal sight period of seven days is applicable. Within this period you can cancel your order without any explanation. You must do this in writing (an e-mail to info@enchantiques.nl will suffice). Return the jewels within this period - post stamp on the package will count as proof - to: Enchantiques, att. B.T. Kager, Postbus 16024, 2301 GA Leiden, Netherlands The price of the jewel will be reimbursed if it is returned in the same state as it was delivered to the customer by Enchantiques. The shipping fare will only be reimbursed if there is damage to the jewel that Enchantiques should have noticed within reason before sale. You are advised to reutrn the jewels per registered mail for your and our safety. Enchantiques does not accept liability of loss of, or damage to jewels while in transit, in which case a claim will be filed with TNT Post. Excluded from Return Jewels that have been damaged after delivery by Enchantiques. Constituting a Buying Order After you have entered your personal details and clicked OK, you have entered a legally binding contract to buy the products in your shopping cart. After sending the order to Enchantiques, you will receive a confirmation of your order. The buying order is final as soon as Enchantiques confirms your order or delivers the products.  Payment Payment is due within 10 days after your order has been received. The jewels are therefore also reserved for ten days after ordering. If no payment is received within this period, Enchantiques reserves the right to relist the jewels. After the 10 day period you are legally in neglect; from that moment you are obligated to pay 1% interest over the claimable amount, unless the legal interest rate is higher, in which case the legal interest rate applies. If you are held liable or in neglect of one or more of your obligations, all reasonable costs for obtaining settlement are at your expense.  Applicable Law All agreements with clients, corporate bodies or corporate property, and all judicial issues resulting from this business relation, including disagreements on currency conversion, are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the residency of the seller. On all sales of Enchantiques Dutch law is applicable. The Vienna Treaty is excluded explicitly.
